Position OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our practice, with a focus on providing psychotherapy and/or psychological assessment services for children and adolescents. This role offers flexibility to tailor your caseload toward therapy, testing, or a combination of both based on your interests and expertise. This role requires strong analytical skills, empathy, and a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy services.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay informed on developments in psychology through research and continuing education.
Qualification
- Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Current, active state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
- Proven experience in providing psychological assessment and therapy.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific populations (children, adolescents, adults, or seniors).
- Specialized training in areas such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or other therapeutic modalities.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
