We support and empower our employees with excellent training and tools which enables them to provide our customers with a unique and exceptional experience.Suspension/Lift Technician Position SummaryThe Tire & Wheel / Alignment Technician (Service Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activity within our service shop. They ensure shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed and maintaining shop inventory, product, tools, and equipment.The service specialist position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, excellent pay as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits including:Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceLong- and Short-Term DisabilityAccident, Critical Illness and Cancer Plans401k matching planPaid holidaysClosed on SundayCompensation: Make between $ 35,000- 50,000 w/ bonusRequirements / Responsibilities: Must have at least 3 years' experience in:Ability to do lift kits on trucks Can install leveling kitsInstall brakes Ability to mount, balance and install tires and wheelsUse of tire mounting and balancing machinesAbility to install vehicle liftsWell versed in alignmentsStrong knowledge of light front-end workMust be able lift 50lbs unassistedAdditionally: Overseeing all activity in the installation shop Place product and supply orders Organize delivered merchandise Identify and properly tag all returned products Clean and maintain returned products Maintain an organized inventory system Control parts spending Must be able to lift and organize heavy productOther Requirements: Valid state driver license with a clean driving history Pass drug screen and background check ASE Certification is preferred but not requiredPrior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, auto tech, or an alignment tech is very helpful for success.#IND2Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour# ZRMust have the ability to pass a Background Check Prior to hire
