CNC Machinist – Milling (Aerospace) Portland, CT. 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30pm) What would it feel like to operate CNC machines that create precision aerospace parts - where every cut, measurement, and setup matters to aircraft performance?

This is a full production CNC Machinist role. Only apply if you meet the minimum requirements - you must have real CNC machining and production experience.

What You'll Do: Operate CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components

Read blueprints and GD&T to plan and execute precise machining

Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify dimensions

Maintain equipment, production records, and quality standards

Assist with setups and ensure consistent production flow

What You Must Have 3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred)

Strong understanding of GD&T and shop math (fractions, ratios, percentages)

Skilled using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, depth gauges, and size blocks

Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliable

High school diploma or equivalent

Setup experience is a plus

Pay & Benefits $19.50 – $31/hour (based on experience)
