Serve as the face of the community and ensure a high-quality living environment for residents. Supervise Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams. Determine tenant eligibility, secure third‑party verifications for income/assets, and calculate household incomes according to the HUD Handbook. Complete Tenant Income Certification documents and submit files to the Compliance Specialist/Bond Administrator. Prepare and file compliance reports required by the community’s Regulatory Agreement. Maintain financial statements, prepare budgets, and produce monthly reports. Apply knowledge of maintenance operations, landlord‑tenant law, and fair housing laws. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $30.00 per hour. Quarterly bonus potential. Access to a two‑bedroom unit on premises. Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience leading Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams. Strong knowledge of Affordable Housing regulations, including eligibility determination and HUD Handbook procedures. Experience with compliance reporting and work with a Compliance Specialist/Bond Administrator. Proficiency in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting. Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord‑tenant law, and fair housing laws. Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi Voyager experience is an advantage.
