Responsibilities

The Role:

Lead and scale commercial sales strategy for a premier folding carton and printing facility.

Drive regional revenue growth through direct account development and sales team mentorship.

Capitalize on rapid plant capabilities, including industry-leading 7-to-14-day turnaround times.

Partner closely with executive leadership to expand market share across regional CPG accounts.

The Requirements:

3+ years of sales management experience within the packaging or CPG industry.

Proven ability to build pipelines, mentor reps, and hit target revenue growth.

Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (1-2 days per week on-site in Appleton, WI).

Based within a 4-hour drive of the Appleton plant location.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $80k - $125k (flexible for high-performing industry veterans).

Bonuses: Multi-layered bonus plan based on plant revenue performance and personal KPIs.

Incentives: Uncapped accelerator components for exceeding market share and margin goals.
