Flexible schedule Do you have a passion for dance and a love for teaching? Flexible Schedule: Perfect for students, parents, or anyone looking to supplement their income! Competitive Pay: Earn between $50.00 - $65.00 per class while sharing your love of dance. Impactful Work: Help shape young dancers and instill a lifelong appreciation for the arts! As an After School Dance Teacher, you’ll lead engaging dance classes for students in grades K-5 at various elementary schools across the Bay Area. You'll create a fun and supportive environment where kids can learn, express themselves, and thrive. Teach various forms of dance tailored to elementary school children. Training & Preparation: Attend a maximum of two-day unpaid training/shadowing session to familiarize yourself with our program. Transport and set up any necessary equipment for each class. Administrative Tasks: Communicate effectively with parents and school staff as needed. Document the joy of dance by capturing photos of kids in action during sessions! At least a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous teaching or performing experience in dance is preferred but not required. A genuine enjoyment of working with children and effective classroom management skills. Classes are held at various elementary schools across the Bay Area. Monday through Friday. Work two or more days per week with a maximum of 2-5 hours weekly. Candidates must be local to the US or possess a valid working visa, as we do not provide visa assistance.
