Interventional Cardiology opening in Helena, MTFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join practice.

• Looking for one doctor to start as soon as possible, and one opening for 2027
• Growing practice with a balanced and manageable inpatient volume, a strong mix of elective and emergent
• This opportunity offers the ability to practice the full scope of interventional cardiology while maintaining a manageable patient census and collaborative relationship with the hospitalist team.
• Elective interventional cases: Approximately 5 per week, with an average of 5 and
typically up to 10 depending on volume.
• Inpatient volume: Generally, a manageable service of approximately 10 patients or fewer at a time. Most patients are admitted under the hospitalist service, with cardiology typically admitting STEMI patients directly.
• Interventional procedures: Perform right and left heart catheterizations, PCI, iFR, and IVUS as clinically indicated for STEMI, NSTEMI, valvular disease, cardiomyopathies, and other cardiovascular conditions.
• Temporary pacing: Perform temporary pacemaker placement when indicated, with patients subsequently transferred for permanent pacemaker placement.
• Cardiac diagnostics: Interpret inpatient ECGs, excluding Emergency Department ECGs.
• Inpatient testing: Monitor inpatient echocardiograms and stress tests, as well as interpret Holter monitor studies.
Advanced support: Placement of intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) when clinically indicated.Benefits:
