We value practical problem solving, strong communication, technical excellence, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.What You'll DoDesign HVAC systems for a variety of building projectsPrepare construction documents, technical calculations, and system layoutsCoordinate with internal teams, clients, architects, and contractors throughout the design processSupport project management activities from design through constructionParticipate in field observations, site surveys, and construction support activitiesReview shop drawings, RFIs, and change bulletinsAssist with technical studies, code research, and system evaluationsCoordinate work with Designers and BIM staffWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field6+ years of HVAC engineering consulting experience preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredHealthcare project experience is beneficial, but not requiredExperience with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environmentWhy Join Ring & DuChateauEmployee-focused and collaborative cultureDiverse and technically engaging project workOpportunities for mentorship and career growthProfessional development and continuing education supportLong-term career opportunities within a growing firm
