Position Overview:

US Career Partners is recruiting on behalf of a respected community OB/GYN practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their outpatient team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be a skilled clinician who shares the practice's deep commitment to patient-centered, personalized care and who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment. This is an outpatient office role; the successful candidate will not be required to work within the affiliated birthing center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive gynecological care including annual well-patient visits, management of irregular menses, hormonal imbalance, fibroids, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, menopause, and birth control counseling
• Support obstetrical care throughout the full continuum of pregnancy including prenatal and postpartum management within advanced practice scope
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, certified nurse midwives, and fellow advanced practice providers
• Conduct and assist with in-office diagnostic evaluations including laboratory and imaging review
• Develop individualized care plans that honor each patient's health goals and personal preferences
• Provide fertility support and reproductive health counseling as appropriate
• Educate patients across all stages of life — from adolescence through menopause — with clarity, compassion, and respect
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in accordance with established clinical standards
• Remain current with advancements and best practices in women's health and OB/GYN practice

Qualifications:

• Current and valid NP or PA certification and licensure
• Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or a closely related clinical area strongly preferred
• Strong clinical acumen across gynecological and obstetrical care within advanced practice scope
• Genuine commitment to patient-centered, individualized care
• Warm, communicative, and empathetic approach to patient relationships
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based clinical environment
