What You'll Do As a Sautee-Grill-Line Cook at SWAIN'S CUT, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking dishes on the sauté, grill, and line stations with efficiency and accuracy. Following recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in every dish. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety standards. Managing high-volume orders during busy shifts while staying composed and focused. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service. What We're Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who brings skill, dedication, and a positive attitude to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness, precision, and presentation. Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Adaptability: Capable of following instructions and adjusting to the dynamic needs of the kitchen.
