Salary & Benefits Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 basic OTE: £55,000 - £60,000 On Call Standby: £195 per week (1 in 4 weeks) Working Week: 40 hours, overtime payable for time over contracted hours Private Healthcare Company Pension (5% matched) Employee Benefits – Discounts & Salary Sacrifice Schemes Holiday – 33 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays) The Role Carry out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across supermarket sites Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on refrigeration systems Complete PPMs and reactive works during scheduled store visits Undertake minor installations and system alterations where required Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1) Full UK Driving LicenceExperience in commercial refrigeration maintenance Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills If you're an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking to progress, earn strong OTE, and work within a well-structured contract with clear expectations, we want to hear from you.
