Job Details Schedule: Days, Monday/Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Tuesday/Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and 0 years of experience. Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations and re-evaluations, documenting in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and department standards, advocating for and developing disciplinary and interdisciplinary team members, and verifying and reviewing all provider orders. Demonstrates knowledge of and understanding of the impact of chronic illness, considering the patient's age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural, and vocational status. Demonstrates clinical competence in administering standardized tests, scales, and tools relevant to physical therapy. Additional information: Must have New Hampshire or Compact Physical Therapist (PT) license or be willing to obtain a temporary license.
