Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced call center specialist to deliver outstanding member service across inbound channels. The role focuses on resolving accounts related to loss, CPI, GAP, write-offs, bankruptcies, and workout loans, in line with policy and Asset Recovery standards. Ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years in a call center or 3+ years in a similar financial role, with deep knowledge of GAP, FDCPA, NCUA rules, and loan contracts. #J-18808-Ljbffr RadNet, Inc.
