Job Description
We are seeking a General Dentist for a permanent opportunity in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. This practice offers modern technology, a strong production base, a mix of PPO/cash/Medicaid patients, and a clear pathway to partnership. The ideal candidate brings a "partner-first" mindset and an interest in helping grow an already successful clinic.

Job Details
• Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico
• Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
• Current Staff: Hygienists
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm
• Procedures: Bread-and-butter dentistry; braces currently referred out, in-house aligners available
• Patient Age Range: All ages, primarily adults
• Technology: CT & digital scanners, iTero, electric handpiece, rotary endo
• Clinic Production: ~$700,000/year
• Payor Mix: PPO & cash; Medicaid (~30%)

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide high-quality general dentistry across a wide procedural mix
• Treat patients of all ages while maintaining strong clinical outcomes
• Manage and grow an established patient base
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists and clinic team to support efficient workflow
• Contribute to building and expanding the practice as a future partner
• Follow all regulatory, safety, and infection control guidelines

Additional Information
• Ideal candidate has a "partner first" mindset
• Open to new grads - mentorship provided by Dr. Williams for first 6 months
• Experience level: New grads and experienced dentists welcome

Compensation
• Base Pay: $15-20K per month
• Alternative Compensation: 30% of production
• Earning Potential: $200K-$400K
• Equity/Partnership: Yes - seeking a doctor interested in partnership
