Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, assessing, and treating patients with diverse medical needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with healthcare teams
Monitor patient vital signs, medications, and treatment outcomes
Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Maintain current knowledge of evidenced-based practices, staying updated on industry developments and research findings

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont
New graduates welcome to apply!
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly in response to patient needs
