Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full and Part time!
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll DoProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
Supervise and support nursing assistants
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Active LPN license (in good standing)
Ability to work every other weekend
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of healthcare safety and sanitation standards
Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
