Salary: USD150000 - USD150000 per year We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of a growing manufacturing company. This role will oversee financial reporting, month‑end close, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The Controller will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership while ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management. Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Oversee physical inventory counts and inventory controls. Coordinate annual audits and maintain strong internal controls. Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and efficiency. Manage and develop accounting staff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. 3+ years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager role. Manufacturing experience required. Strong cost accounting and inventory accounting background. Extensive experience with ERP systems.

CPA (+).
