Sales Brand Ambassador

RI Greensboro is looking for an outgoing, competitive, and customer-focused Retail Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and wants to build experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and brand representation. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our clients face-to-face with customers inside local retail locations throughout the Greensboro area. Your role is to create a positive customer experience, introduce customers to available products and services, answer questions, and help customers select options that fit their needs. What You'll Do Engage with customers through friendly, professional face-to-face conversations Introduce products, services, promotions, and current offers Ask questions to understand individual customer needs Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and available options Assist interested customers throughout the enrollment and sales process Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Work alongside your team to achieve individual and retail campaign goals Maintain strong knowledge of current products, promotions, and brand standards Compensation We believe strong performance should be rewarded. Compensation for this position includes: Hourly pay or commission-based compensation Weekly pay Weekly performance bonuses Additional earning potential based on individual sales results Specific compensation structure and expectations will be reviewed during the interview process. What We're Looking For Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required.
