Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD Trucking seeks experienced solo OTR dry van drivers operating nationwide from Gainesville, GA. Drivers run reliable freight in modern tractors (under 3 years) equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters, supported by dedicated maintenance and a driver-focused team.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate dry van tractor-trailers on long-haul routes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate ELD and logbook records, and secure cargo for transit.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes and delivery windows.

Requirements & opportunity:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience. Starting pay 65 CPM, strong weekly miles, safety/referral bonuses, full benefits and home every two weeks.
