Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC / PCU / Stepdown

Location

Contract | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and manage IMC/PCU-level patients, including post-Cath Lab patients
• Float to Med Surg as needed to support unit staffing requirements
• Float to ICU for PCU patient status coverage as needed
• Participate in bi-weekly unit orientations and adhere to every-other-weekend scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• PCU and/or Telemetry experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for post-Cath Lab patients
• Comfort with cross-unit floating, including Med Surg and ICU environments
