PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Billing and Inventory department by carrying out daily tasks to keep billing running smoothly as well as facilitating the duties of the Branch Personnel as needed. Responsible for assisting in activities such as but not limited to gathering inventory information, generating inventory reports, handling part number requests, answering emails, scheduling conferences or meetings, scanning and/or compiling business data, and creating Word and Excel documents as needed. Acquire knowledge and proficiency in the following: Excel, Sage, Nexus, and Laserfiche.
The primary function of this role is to assist and contribute to the La Mirada branch billing and inventory department to increase invoice efficiency and company sales. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Generate part numbers and ensure accuracy on each item.
• Maintain and enter accurate data in accounting systems including Sage, Laserfiche
• Assist Purchasing department, AP and AR with item inquiries and cost changes.
• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records. 
• Researching the accuracy of product details.
• Responsible for all Stock Transfers 
• Processes Kit Builder Inventory Usage for all locations

• Responsible for producing Negative material billed in Bills of Materials for Tomarco, CEAS and ISAT

OTHER DUTIES

• Complete other related duties as assigned by Office and Senior Management
• Other office management and administrative activities as needed.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation. 
• Perform all other tasks and projects that are necessary for the success of the business and or assigned by management. 
• Assist Tomarco Branch Manager with functions requested. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Billing experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Further Qualifications: The successful candidate must pass a background check.
