Data Storytelling & Visual Communications InternThe Contact Center's Risk Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Reporting, and Communications (SPARC) Team is seeking a creative, curious, and thoughtful Data Storytelling & Visual Communications Intern to help transform complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable experiences. This role is ideal for students interested in visual communication, data storytelling, information design, executive communications, user experience, strategic messaging, and emerging technology.As an intern, you will work alongside analysts and business leaders to translate data and business information into compelling visual stories, improve how insights are presented, and contribute to initiatives that help leaders understand information and take informed action.The SPARC Team enables leadership decision-making through data, insights, governance, strategic planning, and effective communication. Our work spans reporting and dashboard development, workflow design, data governance, strategic planning, maturity assessments, risk intelligence, and executive communications. We partner closely with leaders to transform risk information into action and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.As a Data Storytelling & Visual Communications Intern, you will help organize, simplify, and visualize information that supports business decision-making. You will learn how audience needs, information design, storytelling, and communication come together to make complex insights clear, useful, and actionable.The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.
