This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, advocating for clients, and taking ownership of cases from intake through resolution.This position is being added due to continued growth, providing an opportunity to join a collaborative team where your experience and contributions will make a meaningful impact.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolutionCommunicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, attorneys, medical providers, and other involved partiesGather, organize, and maintain medical records, bills, reports, and other case documentationAssist with drafting and preparing demand packages, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documentsMonitor case deadlines, appointments, medical treatment, and important case milestonesRequest and review medical records and billing informationObtain and organize insurance policy information and coverage documentationAssist attorneys with case preparation, settlement negotiations, and litigation supportMaintain accurate and organized electronic case filesCoordinate with clients and medical providers to ensure cases progress efficientlyTrack settlement offers, liens, subrogation claims, and related documentationProvide exceptional client service and keep clients informed throughout the legal processPerform legal research and other administrative or case-related duties as neededQualifications2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal or in a similar plaintiff-side personal injury roleStrong understanding of the personal injury claims and litigation processExperience handling medical records, bills, insurance information, and settlement documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities independentlyProfessional, compassionate, and client-focused approachProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareLitigation experience is a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a growing and established personal injury practiceCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity for professional growth and increased responsibilityCompetitive compensation based on experienceBenefits packageA role where your work directly impacts clients and their outcomesIf you are an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a growing team and take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you. gpac
