Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65 per hour
- Pay package discussed upon application

- Support from a dedicated team throughout your assignment
What You'll Do
- Provide bedside nursing care to diverse patient populations including wound care, heart failure, diabetes management, IV antibiotic administration, Foley catheter, and PICC line maintenance
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Utilize Meditech Home Care EMR system for documentation
- Travel within a 50-mile radius to various patient locations
- Participate in a one-week orientation to familiarize with procedures and protocols
- Work every other weekend, with Fridays and Mondays off during your weekend shifts
- Assist in patient education and monitor clinical progress
What You Need
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS and NIHSS certifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Home Health, Med Surg, or Hospice care
- General medical/surgical skills; ER and ICU experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
