What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As our Digital Marketing Specialist , you’ll take the lead in shaping our online presence and growing our brand. Here’s what your day‑to‑day might look like: Manage and maintain our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. Monitor social media performance, track audience growth, and optimize strategies based on analytics. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly to keep our community thriving. Design basic graphics and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with our business goals. Stay on top of digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve. What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should bring: At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. A strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Hands‑on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A knack for creating engaging, eye‑catching content. The ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Bonus points for basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and email marketing!
