Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- State Center
Location: 130 West Main St, State Center, IA 50247
Schedule: Monday-Friday hours between 7am-5pm
Compensation: $73,000-$100,000 depending on experience
Incentives: Up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
- Outpatient orthopedics experience in the last 5 years if licensed clinician
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
