Hospitalist physician employment in Kentucky : The possibilities are endless when you join TeamHealth! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hospital medicine physician to join our team in Glasgow, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in an inpatient setting
Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Perform procedures as required, including intubation, central line placement, and others as needed
Participate in daily rounds and patient care meetings to discuss cases and care plans
Educate and mentor medical residents and students, fostering a culture of learning
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols
