Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Pay Range: $58-75/hour Job Description: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Port Orchard, WA | 2026–2027 School Year | Up to $75/hour Position Details: In-person, school-based openings Caseloads include Elementary or High School Start Date: ASAP End Date: June 17, 2027 Responsibilities: Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Complete required documentation and progress reporting Collaborate with teachers, families, special education teams, and other service providers Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ communication goals Deliver services in accordance with district, state, and professional guidelines Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Washington State SLP license Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate Current OSPI fingerprint clearance Ability to provide copies of applicable licenses and certifications during the submission process Benefits (W-2 Employment): Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, for employees working 0.8 FTE or more 401(k) with company matching Reimbursement for licensure, continuing education, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate Paid volunteer time and nonprofit donation matching for employees working 0.8 FTE or more General and professional liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Why Ampersand Therapy: We’re a small, therapist-run company based in Washington and Colorado.
