Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in inpatient and home health settings is required
• Experience using EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro is required

Assignment Details

• Schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday coverage
• Home health provides a car for visits
