Attorney (Corporate Real Estate Associate)

We're recruiting for a Junior to Mid-level Corporate Real Estate Lending Associate for a mid sized firm with JD 2021-2023 and experience in lending and other types of finance transactions including not-for-profit lending, tax-exempt bonds, construction lending and other commercial real estate experience. Duties include working with a team of attorneys and reviewing diligence, drafting loan documents and assisting with commercial loan closings on behalf of financial institutions and borrowers. Salary range is $150,000-$190,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. Billable hours expectation is minimum 1,800 hours a year. Admission to the New York bar is required.
