Un líder de turno es aquel que demuestra constantemente nuestros valores fundamentales, abraza la cultura Chick-fil-A y tiene un corazón de siervo. Tienen una pasión por las personas y por servir a los demás, tienen un carácter fuerte, toman la iniciativa y trabajan con un sentido de urgencia en todo momento. Nuestros líderes de turno son responsables de apoyar al liderazgo senior en la ejecución de las operaciones diarias y mantener a los miembros del equipo responsables de cada componente de la excelencia operativa y nuestra receta para el servicio. Las dos áreas principales de enfoque de un líder de turno son completar tareas para que el restaurante funcione de manera efectiva y entrenar / desarrollar a los miembros del equipo. Los líderes de cambio lideran con el ejemplo y establecen el tono que otros seguirán.
