Bilingual Quality Trainee
We are looking for a motivated Quality Trainee to join our Quality team. This is an entry-level position with training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily quality inspections and documentation.
- Support quality data entry and reporting.
- Learn quality standards and solar manufacturing processes.
- Communicate with Production and Quality teams regarding quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese or English and Spanish is required.
- Interest in the solar/PV manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- Good vision and ability to identify quality defects and abnormalities.
- Manufacturing or quality experience is a plus but not required.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
