Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care team in Southern Maine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan in a collaborative, community-focused health system.

Position Highlights:

• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
• Work within an established and supportive primary care practice

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
• Active or eligible Maine state NP licensure
• DEA certification or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
