Job Description

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Associate where you will support daily production by operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting quality, and preparing finished goods for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will follow established safety procedures while helping maintain production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to work instructions
• Assemble, inspect, and package finished products to meet quality standards
• Perform visual quality inspections and report any defects or production issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work well as part of a team

The base pay range for this position is $15.50 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
