MRI Technologist

Role: MRI Technologist responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures in accordance with standards, policies, and organizational values. Key Responsibilities Review patient history, coordinate scheduling, and educate patients about procedures to ensure cooperation. Prepare and administer contrast media or medications within scope, monitor patient condition, and respond to changes. Set up equipment, select imaging parameters, perform safety and quality control procedures, troubleshoot malfunctions. Position patients, perform imaging scans, analyze results, address quality issues, and report findings. Utilize critical thinking and judgment to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Registered as a Technologist (RT) and MRI-eligible, with certification achieved within 12 months. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
