Williamson's AC Contracting is currently seeking a reliable and motivated full-time HVAC Install Helper to join our team in White Settlement, TX. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in the HVAC industry, we want to hear from you!

Pay : $18+ per hour, depending on experience

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule from 7 am to 4 pm , Monday through Friday. Some weekend work may be necessary depending on job requirements.

YOUR DAY

As an HVAC Install Helper, you'll assist in installing residential and commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, insulation, and air devices. You'll travel to various job sites and support the team in completing installations efficiently and safely. This role offers hands-on experience and the chance to develop your skills alongside experienced professionals.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to follow directions quickly and accurately
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High attention to detail
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Punctuality
• Maintain accurate timecards and follow safety procedures
• Ability to acquire EPA certification within 90 days of hire
• At least one year of relative experience.
