High-End Residential Estimator – Deliver Precision Residential Project Pricing for Gate One Builders

Job Overview:

• Company: Gate One Builders
• Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
• Location: Annapolis, MD

The Opportunity :

You will drive accuracy and financial success for our high-quality residential construction projects across Annapolis. As a core member of our Design & Technical team, your estimates will form the groundwork for seamless project execution and strong client trust. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Produce precise preliminary and final cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Analyze project designs, specifications, and scope requirements to calculate exact material and labor costs.
• Master and implement new estimating software rapidly to optimize departmental workflows.
• Collaborate daily with internal design and field teams to ensure realistic project budgets.
• Build respectful, trusting relations with clients through clear project scope communication.
• Track market pricing trends for residential materials to maintain competitive project bids.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of construction/estimating experience in construction.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new specialized software programs.
• Demonstrated track record of professional collaboration and respectful client communication.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior estimating experience specifically within the residential general construction trade.
• Familiarity with local Annapolis residential building codes and vendor networks.
