Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a skilled nursing facility in Atlanta, Georgia, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass geriatric long-term care management and primary care services for the resident patient population. On-site support staff includes MD, APP, RN, and behavioral health professionals to facilitate daily clinical operations. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
