Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Job Description The ER RN position offers an exciting opportunity with a $15K sign-on bonus in a high-demand setting. This role is vital in delivering acute care to emergency room patients, requiring a skilled and licensed nurse to provide timely and effective interventions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting Perform patient assessments and triage to prioritize care effectively Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations Required Qualifications 1+ years of recent emergency room acute care nursing experience RN license in Florida or Compact state BLS certification ASN or ADN in Nursing Preferred Qualifications Experience in acute care and emergency room nursing Strong skills in patient assessment, IV therapy, medication administration, and triage Proficiency with electronic health records Excellent team collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
