Overview
Annie's Flooring and Commercial Services is an established company serving Crawford County with janitorial and flooring services. Annie's strives to provide a positive work atmosphere, above-average wages, and integrity in every work environment. Annie's is currently hiring a cleaning specialist who can be friendly, conscientious, and dependable. Training is provided to ensure all employees are comfortable and knowledgeable and understand the expectations of the position. Reliable transportation is required. Hourly rate ranges from $14-20 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle janitorial tasks such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
