About the Opportunity
Closr is hiring Account Executives for a group of fast-growing, venture-backed technology companies, from seed stage to Series D. Most are AI-first companies selling into healthcare, real estate, fintech, insurance, manufacturing, legal and enterprise software. We have openings at every level, from Mid-Market to Strategic Enterprise, plus Founding AE roles where you would be the first sales hire.

International: Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia
Work setup: On-site, hybrid and fully remote, depending on the role
What Youll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Build and manage a pipeline of Mid-Market, Enterprise or Strategic accounts
- Run product demos and present solutions to senior decision-makers
- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Work with marketing, product and customer success to land and expand accounts
- Forecast accurately and keep CRM data up to date
- In Founding AE roles: help build the sales playbook, process and team from the ground up
What Were Looking For
- 2 to 12 years of B2B SaaS closing experience (depends on the level)
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling to VP and C-level buyers
- Strong discovery, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
- Nice to have: experience selling into healthcare, real estate or housing, fintech, insurance or AI/technical products
