- Performing detailed patient evaluations, guiding the selection of diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
- Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, and episodic health issues, working collaboratively with physicians or independently depending on your credentials
- Educating patients and their families on prevention, wellness, and comprehensive disease management strategies
- Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your scope of practice
- Engaging in follow-up care and chronic disease management
- Collaborating with diverse healthcare teams to ensure integrated and holistic patient care
- Maintaining accurate documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington state
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Exceptional clinical skills complemented by a compassionate bedside approach
- Strong interpersonal communication capabilities with patients, families, and team members

- Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort with telehealth technologies
