Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Performing detailed patient evaluations, guiding the selection of diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, and episodic health issues, working collaboratively with physicians or independently depending on your credentials
• Educating patients and their families on prevention, wellness, and comprehensive disease management strategies
• Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your scope of practice
• Engaging in follow-up care and chronic disease management
• Collaborating with diverse healthcare teams to ensure integrated and holistic patient care
• Maintaining accurate documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington state
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
