Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join a mission-driven team in Casa Grande, AZ.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity providing long-term stability, structured scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced behavioral health environments and are passionate about supporting individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings

• Support detoxification services and assist with crisis stabilization

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources

• Maintain a safe, trauma-informed, and therapeutic environment

• Accurately document assessments, care, and interventions in EMR systems

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)

• Current BLS certification (required)

• Experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health

• (Unit-dependent; residential experience preferred for residential roles)

• Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a strong interest in behavioral health

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $42-$50/hour (based on experience)

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Inpatient & Crisis Units)
