• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles and move them safely in and out of service bays.
• Experience vacuuming, washing, cleaning, and scrubbing vehicles to prepare them for sale.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality vehicle presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic.
