Temporary Finance Manager

Leading a team in finance strategy and operations, the full-time Temporary Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a fully remote capacity for a 4-month term starting on 8/31/2026. Key responsibilities: Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members Manage daily activities of the finance team, including scheduling, task assignments, and mentoring Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while producing financial reports for senior management Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience Experience in staffing, training, and performance management Strong leadership skills to motivate and influence team effectiveness In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
