Weekend Private Duty Caregiver – Dickson, TNHelping Hearts USA LLC is hiring a dependable and experienced caregiver for an ongoing weekend private-duty home care position in the Dickson, TN area. This position requires a caregiver who can work every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Strong attendance is required. This position is not a fit for anyone with limited weekend availability, transportation concerns, frequent call-outs, or ongoing attendance issues.The caregiver will provide care in a private home setting. The caregiver must be:Comfortable working in a home with multiple pets, including dogs and catsCalm, respectful, and patientDependable and punctualAble to follow the care plan closelyComfortable working independently in a private homeAble to provide consistent weekend careAble to provide personal care supportAble to provide companionship and emotional supportAble to assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care areaAble to assist with meals, snacks, hydration reminders, and daily routinesAble to observe and report any changes in the client's conditionReliability, communication, and consistency are extremely important for this position.Caregivers must be able to work both days every weekend.Caregiver responsibilities include:Assist with personal care as directed by the care planProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with daily routinesSupport client safety and supervision throughout the shiftPrepare or assist with meals and snacksEncourage hydration as directedComplete light housekeeping related to the client's care areaObserve and report changes in the client's physical or emotional conditionProvide medication reminders only as directed by the care plan and company policyComplete required documentation before the end of each shiftCommunicate concerns, changes, or incidents to the office immediatelyFollow all Helping Hearts policies and client care instructionsMaintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all timesThis home includes multiple pets, including dogs and cats.
