Delivery Specialist

Compensation Pay Range: $14.81 - $21.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual and quarterly performance bonuses or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Responsibilities Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Use delivery fleet‑management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicles by keeping them clean, completing daily inspections, and ensuring fuel tank is filled and vehicle is locked and secured at end of day. Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns, including new, warranty, and core items. Record and report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage to store manager immediately. Clock in/out according to company policy. Perform additional duties as assigned, such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, and assisting with cashier duties when needed. Skills, Education, Knowledge, and Experience Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Valid state driver's license and a driving record that meets the company’s 14‑18 point system. Familiarity with automotive parts (desired). Ability to operate light store equipment (desired). Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired. Benefits Competitive wages. Paid time off.
