One Federal Solution is seeking a Program Specialist I C1 to provide general program, administrative, documentation, process management, IT, telecommunications, and help desk workflow support.

The Program Specialist I C1 will assist department directors and team members with daily operations, maintain program documentation and databases, support specialized IT and telecommunications requirements, and coordinate help desk workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• General Program & Administrative Support: Assist department directors and team members with daily operational tasks; act as point of contact for basic inquiries; prepare and format program documents; perform accurate data entry; maintain program databases and files; and assist with logistics for program events.
• Program Documentation & Process Management: Document program workflows, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Help track key program metrics and milestones as directed.
• Specialized IT & Telecommunications Support (Code 53): Ensure stakeholder awareness of IT initiatives and network status through strategic communications. Serve as the Telecommunications Service Control Officer, managing service calls and generating usage reports.
• Specialized Help Desk Workflow Management (Code 54): Orchestrate the help/service desk workflow from initial request intake through to final resolution, ensuring timely and effective support.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to think critically, analyze information, identify problems, evaluate potential solutions, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent ability to manage and organize multiple complex tasks simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.

Desired Additional Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting ONR, the Naval Research Enterprise, or a similar S&T organization.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with senior military, government, and civilian personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps.
