Position: Digital Content & Email Specialist Location: Remote: SA/PH/Lat Am Work Schedule: Salary: Market related About the company Client is a mortgage business with strong referral origins from Twitter/X Job Responsibilities: Develop and write content for social media, newsletters, social ads, etc. Develop website/landing page content, print collateral, direct mail, event materials, online and print ads, radio commercial scripts, and internal communications. Manage daily social media posts and engage with users. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, postcards, pitch books, etc.). Create and manage marketing campaigns for social media (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram). Create and optimize content, audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement across key social platforms. Edit video and photography content for social media. Manage and update activity in CRM and maintain/pull excel sheets. Assist in maintaining existing lead generation platforms. Assist with event planning and execution. Assist with running email marketing campaigns and sending email blasts. Promote all agency open houses, team events and new listings. Provide and explain analytics reports. Manage and implement social media advertising campaigns (google ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, SEO, and operate promotional campaigns). Build/optimize a YouTube channel Create and manage HTML email templates Help with email campaigns in their newer CRM Support webinar marketing and content promotion Edit/repurpose webinar content for YouTube Shorts / Instagram / social media Create/update Canva/PDF flyers and one-off marketing assets Potentially help make webinar replays more publicly discoverable Required experience and technical knowledge 3-5 Years experience in the following Digital marketing experience CRM and B2B marketing experience YouTube content / channel growth experience Email marketing and HTML email knowledge Some video editing / post-production capability Familiarity with Canva and basic design updatesAble to understand/operate in a CRM environment Strong digital marketer / content specialist Can handle YouTube growth + email marketing + HTML email templates Comfortable with video editing/post-production and producing short-form content Able to work independently, with little hand-holding Prefers a Can manage both creative/content and email work This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
