BILINGUAL PRODUCTION LEAD – 2ND SHIFT
Location: Streamwood, IL
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
Overtime Available Weekly

Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Bilingual Production Lead for a leading food manufacturing facility in Streamwood, IL. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, guiding employees, and helping the team meet safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
Job Responsibilities:Lead and support general labor employees throughout the shift.
Assign daily tasks and provide clear work instructions.
Communicate effectively with employees and management in English and Spanish.
Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and employee performance.
Ensure employees follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
Assist with training and coaching new and current employees.
Help resolve production issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Support produce trimming, cutting, slicing, packing, palletizing, and material handling.
Confirm production areas remain clean, organized, and properly supplied.
Complete required reports and communicate shift updates to management.
Lead by example and remain actively involved in production operations.
Previous lead or supervisory experience is required.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Previous manufacturing or food-production experience is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to give clear instructions and professionally coach employees.
Comfortable working in a cold environment of approximately 36°ree;F.
Ability to stand for eight or more hours per shift.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Able to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and schedule flexibility are required.
Competitive pay of $19.00 per hour.
